Either click the <strong>Documents <\/strong>tab, or go to the Studio dashboard and scroll down to <strong>Recent Documents<\/strong>. We\u2019ve listed some of these powerful features above and linked to some pages explaining more about how these features work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While hovering over the document, you may have seen a few symbols pop up. These are extra quick management tools. From left to right, they are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Viewing a preview of the file<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Downloading a local copy of the file<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sharing the file with others (via a shareable link)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Move the file to a folder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rename the file<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moving the file to the trash for deletion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Folders for sorting documents<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you\u2019ve uploaded a few of your PDFs and other documents, you\u2019ll start to see how it can get difficult to sort through your documents to find one specific file. Let\u2019s fix that!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Studio dashboard, click the <strong>+ <\/strong>icon next to the <strong>Folders<\/strong> tab. We\u2019ve clicked the <strong>Resume PDF<\/strong> in this example. Create multiple folders and even folders within folders for even more powerful file management.
